• Experience advising clients and managing matter timelines.
• Ability to supervise junior fee earners and paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of residential property work, including large complex matters.
• Engage with prospective clients, produce matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation.
• Produce written advice and required legal documents to progress matters.
• Maintain high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and nurture relationships.
• Supervise junior fee earners and paralegals.
