Mayo Wynne Baxter is seeking a highly accomplished Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join our Crawley hub. You will work with a skilled team of legal professionals and handle a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including complex cases.

The role emphasises client care, business development, and mentoring junior staff, with a blended, agile working approach across multiple offices in the South East.

Qualifications

• Highly accomplished legal adviser with residential property experience.
• Experience handling a wide range of complex residential property matters.
• Proven business development skills and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of residential property work, including large complex matters.
• Engage with prospective legal clients, produce matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation.
• Produce written advice to clients and the required legal documents to progress and conclude their matter.
• Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
• Work with marketing strategies to attract new clients and developing relationships with current clients.
• Assist and supervise more junior fee earner/paralegals, delegating appropriate work to paralegals.
