Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with 6+ years PQE to join its Bath team. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) in a permanent, full-time position with a strong support structure including Conveyancing Assistants and a remote team.

The role involves handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, with opportunities to contribute to planning, business development, and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Confidence managing a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and a goal oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently from a regional office while collaborating with a wider remote team.
• Supervisory skills (desirable).

A respected and long established regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with a minimum of 6 years' post qualification experience to join its thriving and well supported Residential Property team in either Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a busy, high quality caseload within a collaborative, inclusive and forward thinking environment, supported by experienced Conveyancing Assistants and a wider remote team.
