Job summary

Chadwick Nott in Abingdon is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded Oxfordshire firm. This senior role offers autonomy, a high-quality caseload, and scope to influence the department’s development.

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters across Oxfordshire and the Southeast, reporting to the Head of Department and supported by a collaborative team to deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
• Proven ability to manage files independently and efficiently
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• Desire to contribute to team growth and build local client relationships

Salary: £58,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience)
PQE Requirement: 5+ years
