Position: Residential Property Solicitor

A well-regarded firm in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, a high-quality caseload, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the department's development.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Department, youll handle a broad range of residential property matters for a loyal and expanding client base across Oxfordshire and the Southeast. Youll be supported by a collaborative team and strong internal resources, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years\' PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
  • Proven ability to manage files independently and efficiently
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
  • Desire to contribute to team growth and build local client relationships
