Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy Leicester team. You will manage a broad residential property caseload from instruction through Completion, ensuring high-quality service and timely outcomes for clients.

You should have at least 4 years PQE, strong technical knowledge across conveyancing matters, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues to support firm growth.

• Managing a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with local introducers and referrers.

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and expanding Residential Property team based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE who is looking to play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving department.

Joining a collaborative team, you will manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload while helping to strengthen the firm's presence within the Leicester market. The role offers an excellent platform for career progression within a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
