Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

A law firm based in Sheffield is seeking a residential property paralegal (with fee earning experience) to join their team. The role involves managing a caseload from instruction to post-completion, dealing with sales and purchases of properties.

Key duties include:

• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
• Drafting reports on title
• Liaising with clients and third parties such as mortgage lenders
• Handling enquiries
• File management including opening and closing, and Companies House registrations
• Scheduling deeds to mortgage lenders
• Drafting agreements, deeds, and contracts
• Reviewing and reporting on titles

Applicants must have at least 12 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal, with excellent drafting, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to conduct searches with minimal supervision is essential.
