Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Fee-earner

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom

A law firm is seeking a residential property paralegal with fee-earning experience to join their team and provide high-quality service to their clients.

You will manage your own caseload involving sales and purchases of properties, from instruction to post-completion, with some supervision. You should be able to handle full residential transactions independently.

Key duties include:

• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
• Drafting reports on title
• Liaising with clients and third parties (mortgage lenders, etc.)
• Handling enquiries
• File opening and closing, including matter balances
• Companies House registrations
• Scheduling deeds to mortgage lenders
• Drafting agreements, deeds, and contracts
• Reviewing and reporting on titles

Applicants must have at least 12 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal, with excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to conduct searches with minimal supervision is essential.
