Job description

Experienced Fee Earner - Counter Fraud

Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal/Litigation Executive with experience in Motor Fraud to join its growing national team. You will be part of a fast-growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor, EL/PL, and organised frauds. The role involves managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of the litigation process.

Job Title: Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £45,000

Previous Experience: Managing own caseload of litigated Defendant RTA files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
  • Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
  • Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
  • Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
  • Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities.

About You

  • Experience in managing your own litigated caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation process and personal injury or Fraud (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver a highly professional service to clients.
