Job summary

Pertemps in Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join a friendly, well-established law firm. This permanent, office-based role offers a £28,000 DOE salary and full-time hours.

You’ll support residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including file opening, document preparation, SDLT submissions, and liaising with clients and lenders. A coaching environment and development opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and client-focused approach
• Experience using a legal case management system

Our client is a respected Bristol law firm with a strong reputation for excellent client service and a supportive team culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a confident conveyancing professional with previous residential property experience to join their busy and successful team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
