Legal Southwest Ltd in Taunton is seeking a driven Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established, smaller law firm. The role focuses on assisting with a range of residential property transactions and gaining hands-on experience within a supportive team.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in residential conveyancing, strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, friendly team.

Qualificações

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established, smaller law firm based in Taunton.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and personable individual who has a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and is keen to develop their skills and experience within a supportive legal environment.

Previous experience within residential property would be advantageous, although candidates who can demonstrate a strong interest in this area of law and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting fee earners with a range of residential property transactions.
• Supporting the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Carrying out searches and assisting with enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files.
• Providing general administrative and legal support to the property team.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing would be desirable but is not essential.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in residential property law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
