Ideal candidates have estate agency experience, strong communication skills and a proactive, target-driven mindset with a full UK driving licence. This role offers uncapped commission and clear progression paths within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's recent residential estate agency experience
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident in building rapport with clients and applicants
• Motivated, target-driven and proactive mindset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
