Job summary

Mulberry Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established independent estate agency in Surrey. You will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties and act as the primary contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance from instruction to completion, conducting property inspections, handling end-of-tenancy processes and ensuring legal and safety compliance, with a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or residential lettings.
• Knowledge of property management processes and legislation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works from instruction through to completion.
• Carrying out property inspections and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
• Managing landlord and tenant queries efficiently and professionally.
• Supporting end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit-related matters.
• Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation.
• Ensuring properties meet all relevant legal and safety requirements.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.
