Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with prospective tenants, current residents, and service providers.

• Assist with upselling amenities and rent reviews to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
