You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, inspections, and data entry in Alto, and contribute to rent reviews and upsell opportunities. Strong multitasking and organized communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years sector-relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Alto or similar property management software is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in upselling or customer service roles is a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism in handling enquiries.
