Job summary

Virtu Property is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our residential property teams in Fareham. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, carrying out multi-skilled repairs, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

With a full UK driving licence and strong communication, you will work independently, using a company vehicle and fuel card to service properties efficiently. We offer a supportive academy and wide benefits package.

Qualifications

Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
Fluent English and professional communication.
Competence in painting, decorating, carpentry and general repairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across residential and communal properties.
Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks.
Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks.
Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.
