Kisimul Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our North Lincolnshire West operations, supporting the Group Property Manager. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance across residential care homes and schools, coordinating external contractors and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work from Breagha House, Hayton, with regional duties across the Lincs North West area, while supporting other regions when needed.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE or equivalent level education.
• 5 years+ working in property maintenance.
• 3 years+ in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience specifying work for external contractors.
• Baseline IT skills: email, web, basic MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Based from Breagha House, Hayton with regional remit for Lincs North West.
• Develop and deliver proactive property maintenance services.
• Manage unplanned or emergency works in coordination with external contractors.
• Ensure safe management of maintenance works per Health & Safety regs.
• Record and report faults and hazards promptly.
• Coordinate with Care Home/School Managers on planned/reactive works.
• Schedule works with internal/external labour, procure materials as needed.
• Promote Safe Systems of Work and COSHH, risk assessments.
