Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Salisbury
Hours: 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday
Salary: Based on experience

This well-established multi-office practice is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their busy Property Department in their Salisbury office.

The role will involve independently handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, shared ownership, and re-mortgages. Commercial property experience, while not essential, would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team. Excellent client care and communication skills are essential.
