Residential Property Lawyer – Solicitor / CILEx / CLC

Location:Bath, BA2 4QW
Salary:Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE, pro rata)
Hours:Full-time (Flexible and part-time considered)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedResidential Property Lawyerto join awell-established and growing law firmin the heart of Bath. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services in residential conveyancing and is looking to expand its dedicated team.

The Role:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Right to BuyandShared Ownership

• Transfers of Equity

• Managing bothregistered and unregistered property matters

You will collaborate closely with the firm’s directors, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and the firm’s ongoing success. The firm values your professional development and is committed to providing the right support and flexibility for you to grow your career.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor,CILEx, orCLCwith solid experience in residential property law
