LOCATION: Bristol

The Role:

Based in Bristol, this well-established practice is keen to hear from experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who are looking for a new challenge. The property department is currently working at full capacity, and they need a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to handle a busy caseload from start to finish. The role involves handling sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and right to buy.

The Candidate:

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and non-qualified fee earners with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing their own residential property caseload from initial instruction to completion. Candidates must be accustomed to working in a busy environment and have a proven track record in managing caseloads independently.
