Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited is recruiting a Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its Residential Property team in Bournemouth. You will manage a broad caseload of high-quality conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages, and high-value transactions.

This role offers a full remuneration package (£65,000-£80,000 DOE), hybrid working, and clear progression within a Legal 500-ranked firm known for high-net-worth client work and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in residential property
• Strong experience across residential conveyancing
• Experience handling high-value or complex transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Organised, proactive and confident managing your own caseload

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and high-value transactions
• Ensure compliance with SRA and CQS requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Play an active role in business development and team growth and take on greater responsibility as a Senior Associate

The Role

You will manage a broad and high-quality residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Play an active role in business development and team growth
• Take on greater responsibility and autonomy at Senior Associate level

About You
