Job summary

JS Legal Recruitment Ltd represents a growing law firm based in Diss seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join the team. The role is primarily based in the Diss office with the option to work from home two to three days a week.

You will manage your own caseload including sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, and new build matters, guiding matters from instruction to completion while liaising with clients, solicitors, estates agents and

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years in conveyancing or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Handle sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage and new build properties.
• Manage matters from instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders.
• Support the growth of the conveyancing department.

Residential Property Conveyancer

Our client based in Diss is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their modern growing law firm. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a fresh challenge.

The opportunity is primarily based in their Diss office; there is also the option to work from home two to three days a week.

The Role

• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Including sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, and new build property matters
• Managing property matters from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
• Supporting the growth of the conveyancing department

The Candidate

• Our client is open to Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancer’s, Legal Executive’s or experienced Conveyancer’s with a minimum of 2 yrs experience
• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience essential
• You will possess excellent customer care and communications skills
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to multitask
