Job summary

Unico Recruitment London is seeking a Property Compliance Coordinator to oversee statutory and regulatory compliance across a residential property portfolio. The role focuses on accurate records, proactive risk management and audit readiness.

You will monitor inspections, coordinate remedial and contractor works, and work with Property Managers to ensure compliance information is understood and actioned at property level.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements for residential property.
• Ability to maintain accurate, auditable compliance records.
• Experience coordinating inspections, risk assessments and remedial works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor statutory compliance across a portfolio of residential properties.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance records and evidence for audits.
• Track inspections, testing, certification and remedial actions against timescales.
• Escalate overdue actions and support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate contractors for inspections and remedial works; review documentation.
