• Experience in property compliance, residential property management or technical property services.
• Excellent record-keeping, proactive risk management and robust audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor statutory compliance across a residential property portfolio.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date compliance records with audit-ready evidence.
• Monitor inspections, testing, certification and remedial actions against timelines.
• Track actions to completion and identify items at risk of overdue status.
• Escalate significant risks and support audits with ready evidence.
• Coordinate contractors for statutory inspections, testing and remedial works.
• Work with Property Managers to ensure compliance is understood and actioned at property level.
