Job summary

Parker Jones Group Ltd in Guildford, Surrey, is recruiting an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join a national property services contractor delivering a long-term residential maintenance contract across Guildford and the surrounding areas.

You will carry out reactive and planned repairs, using your plumbing expertise alongside wider multi-trade skills to deliver high-quality repairs and first-time fixes in occupied homes, with a company van provided for business use.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing is required.
• Valid Unvented Hot Water Systems Certificate is required.
• Multi-trade experience including tiling, carpentry, plastering and decorating.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive, planned and disrepair works using plumbing and multi-trade skills.
• Record completed works using mobile technology.
• Provide professional customer service to residents.
• Work within occupied residential properties and participate in out-of-hours rota.
