• Experience as a Multi-Trade Operative in social housing or property services.
• Strong 1st and 2nd fix carpentry skills.
• Good plumbing experience with repairs and replacements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade repairs with a strong focus on carpentry and plumbing.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including doors, frames, skirting and architraves.
• Undertake plumbing repairs, including leaks, taps, toilets and minor pipework.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective, long-lasting repairs.
• Deliver high-quality finishes across occupied and void properties.
• Use mobile technology to record completed works, materials and progress.
• Work closely with supervisors and planners to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with residents.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain equipment safely.
