Job summary

Trowers & Hamlins in Manchester seeks an Associate in Residential Plot Sales to manage a varied caseload on new build development matters nationwide, including leasehold and freehold schemes.

You will join the Residential Sales team delivering plot sale services to developers, handling shared ownership and open market sales, drafting transfers and leases (including shared ownership leases) and supporting the lifecycle from acquisition to post‑sale completion for a diverse client base including

Qualifications

• Experience handling plot sale development projects.
• Knowledge of leasehold, freehold and shared ownership schemes.
• Ability to prepare sale packs and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up development sites for plot sales with precedent documents and sale packs.
• Input to acquisition team on title documentation compatibility with sales.
• Coordinate with energy and other teams for specialist advice as needed.
• Assist with supervision of sales and post‑sales teams through the lifecycle.
• Support client relationships and billing targets in line with objectives.
• Contribute to business development via client presentations and articles.
