Responsibilities

• Set up development sites for plot sales and prepare precedent sale packs.
• Provide input to the acquisition team on title documentation and sales compatibility.
• Coordinate with specialist teams for advice (energy, litigation) as needed.
• Represent private developers and social housing providers in model document preparation.
• Supervise sales/post-sales teams and manage transfers and staircasing for shared ownership.
• Support business development activities: client presentations, seminars, and notes.
