TORUS DEVELOPMENTS(NORTH EAST) LTD is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support the delivery of residential schemes from feasibility to planning approval. This role involves liaising with internal teams and local authorities throughout the planning process.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning, strong knowledge of the UK planning system, and excellent communication skills. The role allows for flexible hybrid working, primarily home-based, with some office attendance in Warrington.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planning or development role.
• Strong knowledge of planning policy and processes.
• Experience managing planning applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning applications for residential schemes.
• Coordinate planning consultants and ensure quality submissions.
• Track planning applications and respond to queries.
