Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join our Response team in Leeds. You will carry out reactive repairs with a focus on carpentry, and also plumbing and plastering, in occupied homes. A full UK driving licence is required and NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry is preferred.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering high-quality repairs while putting customers first. The role includes attending emergency and routine calls, with safety always a priority.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in domestic or social housing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, predominantly in carpentry but also in plumbing and plastering.
• Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties.
• Maintain Health & Safety practices to protect customers and colleagues.
