Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Property Manager to join our Residential Lettings Team at 55 Baker Street, London. You will manage a high-end portfolio and ensure landlord and tenant satisfaction through proactive service and strong relationship management.

The role requires hands-on coordination of pre-tenancy works, maintenance, and compliance tasks, with a focus on delivering excellent client service. You will operate within a collaborative, professional environment and contribute to Knight Frank's

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or a related field.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance with contractors.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of accounts / bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-tenancy works to prepare properties for new tenants.
• Address issues in check-in reports to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance.
• Conduct property visits, document findings, and take required actions.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance tasks, urgent and routine.
• Process invoices from contractors, ensure funds and records are complete.
• Maintain property details, landlord instructions, and tenancy clauses in CRM.
• Complete end-of-tenancy procedures in CRM.
• Organise and archive invoices, emails, reports for easy retrieval.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants and communicate clearly.
• Review checkout reports, negotiate deductions with landlords/tenants.
• Manage TDS claims and update records.
• Communicate obligations to all parties and ensure compliance.
• Oversee EICR, PAT, and gas inspection findings to keep properties compliant.
