Job summary

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Band 5 Team Leader for a Severe & Profound Adult Learning Disabilities Residential service on Guernsey, Channel Islands. You will oversee care for service users with complex needs and lead Band 3 and Band 4 staff under the Deputy Manager’s guidance.

The role includes promoting wellbeing and independence, with additional enhancements for unsocial hours and annual leave. Guernsey's salary scale applies.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disability.
• UK statutory professional registration as applicable (Nurse/AHP/Social Worker).
• Newly or soon-to-qualify Learning Disabilities Nurses may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care and support for service users.
• Lead and motivate Band 3 and Band 4 Support Workers in the team.
• Report to the Band 6 Deputy Manager and ensure wellbeing, safety and dignity of residents.
