• Strong understanding of commercial drivers behind successful land purchases.

• Identify and source new land opportunities through research and relationships.
• Assess potential land opportunities considering various constraints.
• Lead negotiations with landowners and agents.
• Report land acquisition activity for forecasts and budgets.
