Hunt's Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Puget Sound team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, professional HVAC service calls, building strong customer relationships, and recommending optimal repair or replacement options.

You will log findings with ServiceTitan, keep the truck and site organized, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes top-tier customer service and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely.
• Strong communication skills- both verbal and written.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-home HVAC service calls with precision and professionalism
• Build strong customer relationships by educating and offering the right solutions

• Fully utilize ServiceTitan (our dispatch and job management system) to log findings, update work details, and document jobs with photos
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
• Deliver 5-star service- every customer, every time

What You’ll Get

• Earning Potential: $28.00 - $52.00/hour DOE
• Work/Life Balance: Monday - Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You Bring to the Team (Basic Qualifications)

• 2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience- including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
