Hunt's Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Puget Sound team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, professional HVAC service calls, building strong customer relationships, and recommending optimal repair or replacement options.

You will log findings with ServiceTitan, keep the truck and site organized, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes top-tier customer service and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely.
• Strong communication skills- both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home HVAC service calls with precision and professionalism.
• Build strong customer relationships by educating and offering the right solutions.
• Diagnose heating/cooling issues and recommend the best repair or replacement options.
• Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site- because details matter.
• Fully utilize ServiceTitan to log findings, update work details, and document jobs with photos.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution.
• Deliver 5-star service- every customer, every time.
