Hunt’s Services in Tacoma, WA is seeking a top-tier Residential Electrician (01 or 02) to diagnose and repair residential electrical issues, and to provide customers with clear, customized options. You’ll build trust with homeowners, ensure high-quality work, and coordinate with dispatch to keep scheduling smooth.

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential. Minimum 3 years experience, WA EL01/EL02 license, clean driving record, and the ability to lift 80 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades.
• Valid EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and operate efficiently and safely.
• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and tool handling.

What You’ll Get:
Earning Potential: Pay range of $72,000 - $150,000+. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $150,000+ OTE!

Basic Qualifications:
