Residential Head of Boarding at a prestigious international school in Oxford seeks an experienced leader to manage boarding life for 16-19 year olds studying IB and A Levels. The role is full-time and live-in with an on-site flat and meals provided.

You will oversee the boarding team, Front of House, health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, building strong relationships with students and staff to ensure exceptional care and safe, supportive environments.

Our client, an international boarding school for students in their last two years of secondary school, aims to offer its pupils a superior education abroad, thorough preparation for university and access to a future that knows no borders.

They are seeking an experienced Head of Boarding to lead and develop residential life within their international school community. Their students are aged 16-19 and study the IB Diploma and A Levels. They are a relatively small school, so relationships matter and staff have the opportunity to know students well and make a genuine difference to their experience.

The Head of Boarding will lead the boarding team, oversee boarding and Front of House operations, maintain high standards of safeguarding and student care, and provide appropriate oversight of residential premises, health and safety and compliance.

They are looking for someone with warmth, energy, sound judgement and high professional standards who enjoys working with young people, leads others well and wants to continue developing as a school leader.

This is a full-time, live-in role. A self-contained on-site flat is provided, together with meals in the school cafeteria
