Job summary

Cluttons is seeking a highly organised Residential Facilities Manager to lead the FM function for a West London portfolio of 30 blocks. You will oversee daily operations, safety, and maintenance, coordinating hard and soft services in a luxury residential setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in facilities or property management, preferably in a residential setting.
• IOSH qualification or demonstrated knowledge and experience of health and safety
• Membership of IWFM or another FM/property management qualification
• Strong IT skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of hard and soft service providers, monitoring SLAs and KPIs and re-tendering to ensure value for money service for clients and occupants.
• Assist in preparing and managing service charge budgets in accordance with the RICS code of practice
• Monitor and control budget expenditure with the client accounting team
• Assist with Environmental and Health and Safety compliance across all buildings and sites
• Inspect buildings and sites to ensure key deliverables are met
• Assist with project works across the portfolio
• Provide regular reporting to partners, clients and H&S director
• Handle ad hoc queries from the management team, clients and occupants
• Develop relationships with residents and leaseholders to resolve issues promptly and professionally
