Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Block Property Manager in London with a strong background in residential block management on prime properties. You will manage client relationships, oversee site operations, attend meetings, monitor budgets, and ensure building compliance.

You’ll join a structured team with hybrid working (2 days from home) around Holborn/Home, exposure to A-list clients, and a clear path for progression, supported by excellent benefits and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation.
• Hands-on experience with Block Management or related.
• Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills.
• Interpersonal skills and customer focused.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations.
• Deal with client enquiries via phone and email and take appropriate actions.
• Attend client meetings and regular site visits.
• Oversee site staff operations and contractor performance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and building compliance processes.
• Oversee Section 20 processes and back-office coordination.
• Coordinate operations to keep buildings well maintained for residents.
