Job summary

ANGLO is seeking an EFL Teacher in the UK to plan and deliver high‑quality lessons for teenage students, following the ANGLO syllabus. You will work with peers to create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment and promote British culture both inside and outside lectures.

You will liaise with the Teaching Manager, plan classes, mark work, and provide constructive feedback. A degree plus TEFL/TESOL qualification is required, with native or near‑native English proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree plus TEFLI/CELTA or equivalent (e.g. CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120‑hour TEFL).
• Native or near‑native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons following the ANGLO syllabus.
• Work with teaching team to deliver the ANGLO experience.
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment and promote British culture.
• Liaise with Teaching Manager on student matters; plan classes and mark work.
• Complete weekly schemes of work and attendance registers; report absences.
• Provide timely feedback and complete student reports; follow safeguarding policies.
