The Residential Development Sales (RDS) department deals with the sale of plots for several House Builders and Registered Social Landlords with clients such as Barratt, Berkeley, Canary Wharf, L&Q, Notting Hill Genesis, and A2Dominion.
This full-time (35 hours a week), 9-month fixed-term contract role is an entry-level position to assist the department with administrative support, making it suitable for someone eager to start their career in a professional services environment. Full training will be provided with regular check-ins to help you achieve learning milestones.

Your profile will be screened by a member of the WS recruitment team. If your CV is shortlisted, you will be invited to have a short call with our Recruitment Manager, Ash Evans, to discuss your interest in the vacancy. Interview (in person at our London office)
You will meet the head of the department and another partner, who will provide more insight into the role, their department, and their clients. They will also discuss your experience and interest in the role. We will set you a data entry and written exercise.
This will be a good opportunity to ask any role/firm-specific questions.
Every candidate who reaches this stage will be offered the chance to have a feedback call with our Recruitment Manager to understand why they weren't offered the position, allowing you to use this feedback to help with other job applications.
Offer of employment
If you are successful and accept our offer of employment, we will submit your details to our background screening company (Giant), who will conduct a series of background checks. Once these have been completed and we have separately validated your proof of right to work in the UK, a start date can be agreed, and your onboarding schedule can be planned.
