• Experience identifying, assessing and progressing residential development opportunities.
• Experience negotiating with landowners, developers and authorities.
• Strong project management, data analysis and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and progress development opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Prepare feasibility studies, appraisals, business cases and funding submissions.
• Coordinate input from planning, legal, commercial and customer teams to ensure viability.
• Manage schemes through appraisal, approval and mobilisation with budget and risk oversight.
• Procure and manage consultants and partners to ensure value for money.
• Lead financial appraisal, funding, cashflow management and risk tracking.
• Build relationships with authorities, landowners, developers and Homes England.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, funding conditions and procurement requirements.
