Qualifications
Experience in residential development, advisory or housebuilding.
Understanding of public procurement and bidding processes.
Proactive, detail-oriented and delivery focused.
Responsibilities
Appraise and support due diligence of new residential development opportunities.
Build and interrogate development appraisals and financial models.
Coordinate planning, technical, legal and commercial due diligence.
Support front-end development through RIBA Stages 1–4.
Appoint and manage professional consultant teams.
Prepare reports and materials for senior management and board approval.

Education
Degree-qualified
Professionally qualified (e.g. MRICS)
