Qualifications

• Experience in residential development, advisory or housebuilding.
• Understanding of public procurement and bidding processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and delivery focused.

Responsibilities

• Appraise and support due diligence of new residential development opportunities.
• Build and interrogate development appraisals and financial models.
• Coordinate planning, technical, legal and commercial due diligence.
• Support front-end development through RIBA Stages 1–4.
• Appoint and manage professional consultant teams.
• Prepare reports and materials for senior management and board approval.
