Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking experienced Design & Technical Managers to support the Technical Department on residential developments from design to completion. The role involves coordinating architectural, structural and M&E design information and liaising with consultants and site teams.

Ideal candidates will have residential development experience and a proactive attitude to resolving technical issues, with flexibility regarding levels of experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating architectural, structural and M&E design information.
• Liaising with external consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications for Building Regulations compliance.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues during design and construction.
• Managing design programmes and consultant deliverables and approvals.
• Supporting planning conditions and statutory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E design information.
