Qualifications

• Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience (leasehold, freehold, Building Safety Act 2022).
• Must have demonstrated billing history and be prepared to discuss metrics at interview.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and accuracy in complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management: autonomously handle varied residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion.
• 1:1 pod leadership: mentor and work closely with a dedicated Paralegal.
• Client & stakeholder relations: deliver high-quality service with agents, lenders and referrers.
• Billing & performance: maintain trackable billing using case management systems.
