You will work within a substantial team, offering guidance to colleagues, driving growth initiatives, and embracing technologies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in residential conveyancing.
• Experience handling high-value transactions and established local network.
• Ability to develop new client relationships and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of residential property transactions for diverse clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.
• Develop and implement Norwich team growth strategy and market presence.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members; train staff as needed.
• Embrace new technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and client experience.
