Job summary

Clayton Legal in Stalybridge is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly team. The role involves handling all aspects of residential conveyancing and managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.

You'll work on a varied mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build matters and Land Registry applications, with a focus on delivering an excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Capable of working independently and contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion.
• Manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide a high level of client service and work closely with other team members.
