Job Description

Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer 3 Years PQE. Part Time 3 days per week (days and hours negotiable).

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified experienced Conveyancer to take on a busy existing caseload with a law firm which is fully established in its area.

With a good level of support, you will have your own diverse caseload of Conveyancing matters including sale, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as dealing with New Builds, Shared ownership, transfer of equity, Equity release and Remortgage files.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms in property transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to residential conveyancing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files using computer systems.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as estate agents and mortgage lenders, to facilitate smooth transactions.

You will be familiar with a Case Management system, be computer literate and able to use Microsoft applications.

You will be a Solicitor or licensed conveyancer will be least 3 years PQE handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files.
