Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and remortgages
Advising clients on property finance, secured lending, and conveyancing processes
Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documentation
Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and handling post-completion formalities
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party professionals
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and conveyancing standards
Supporting junior solicitors and contributing to the department’s business development initiatives
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing procedures
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multi-office legal team
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to case management
Experience in working within a regional or multi-office firm (preferred but not essential)
