Croydon – Hybrid Working | £45,000 – £70,000 DOE + Bonus

A leading South London firm with offices across the region is looking to hire a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (2–5 years’ PQE) with strong Leasehold Enfranchisement and Residential Conveyancing experience.

The Role

You will manage a busy, varied caseload including:

• Lease extensions & collective enfranchisement (essential)
• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages, remortgages & option agreements
• Declarations of trust & joint ownership
• Development site acquisitions & estate conveyancing
• 1:1 support from a dedicated Paralegal or Secretary

About You

• 2–5 years’ PQE in both leasehold enfranchisement and residential property
• Confident handling your own files
• Committed to delivering high-quality client service
